Emma's Princess Cake!

Here is another of my sweet Creations:

 

Two tiered confection. Bottom layer moist yellow cake, top layer is delicious devil's food cake.  Covered in yummy buttercream with luster dusted fondant accents. Pink and white chocolate pearls set off the shell borders. Emma was a very happy Birthday Princess!

Volleyball Cakes

Here are pics of the Cake I made for a local high school Volleyball tournament:

 

This is my first time using the ball pan. I think they turned out pretty well.  One was  for the team and one was the trophy for the winner.

 

 

  The tourney was dedicated to a former students Mom who passed away from Heart problems.  This is the cake they asked me to make for her:

Cupcake Classic Order

My latest order was for the Highlands JV Volleyball Tournament--The Cupcake Classic!  I made 75 cupcakes and a small 6 inch cake for them.  I found a volleyball chocolate mold and molded half volleyballs for each cupcake and the sides of the cake.  Here are the pics:
